The app is fantastic. It is interactive and responds fairly quickly. It also contains several useful features which allow productive learning to occur. It still has some work to do however in displaying and concising the information that is on the app.

Easy to use, love the mortgage calculator that gives the option to customize the rate easily, plus the add extra feature allows to see how much money you could save on interest by adding some extra payments. I wish it also has option to add 1 time extra payment instead of recurring payment to see how much you could save on the first extra payment.

Good quick app. Great for providing a sound estimate of cost that inform decisions. Would love to see the ability to add secondary and tertiary lending (mortgages or LOC) to make it more robust as some properties we buy with different and/or multiole financing sources. Highly recommend it though.

In early 2006, Real Mortgage Associates (RMA) was founded in a one-room basement office in Stoney Creek. From the beginning, our mission was simple: give experienced mortgage brokers the tools and resources they need to educate and empower their clients.
